All overhauled units meet or exceed OEM specifications and come with a standard 6-12 month warranty on parts and labor.

Notice Regarding Installation of Newly Overhauled Compressors

Because existing system contamination can cause a new compressor to fail, customers are strongly advised to do a complete system flush before installing the new compressor. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Many of our compressors come pre-charged with refrigerant oil. The amount of refrigerant oil in the compressor may or may not be the amount specified for your particular aircraft. Please refer to your aircraft service manual to verify the correct amount and type of refrigerant oil for your specific application prior to installation.

Customers are also advised to perform a complete inspection of all aircraft systems before installing replacement parts, as compressors commonly fail for the following reasons:

• Too much or too little freon
• POA, STV, or EXP valve malfunction
• Moisture in receiver drier
• Restriction of air flow to condenser
• Thermostat failure
• Low oil charge
• High or low head pressure
